Having reviewed, rationalized and improved on the London Borough of Newham's original design concept, Sprunt designed a smart and buildable scheme with effective and logical separation between the two different user groups (residential flats above a community learning centre).

Appointed as Architects in 2006 by D.J Higgins, the design and build contractor, the project team worked to tight deadlines and obtained planning approval on our redesigned scheme within four months of appointment
