Sprunt enters strategic agreement with Qingdao City Construction and Investment for City regeneration in North East China
Sprunt has signed a strategic agreement with Qingdao City Construction and Investment Group (QCCI) to provide masterplanning and architectural services for the expansion and development of Qingdao and its surroundings.

QCCI is one of three state owned development companies that Qingdao City Government has set up. Its remit is to hold and develop land, infrastructure, city regeneration, seaside resort development, investment and operation of environmental facilities and cultural and media investment.
Sprunt will work in partnership with a local company, Qingdao Decai to design and deliver projects. Sprunt will lead on the masterplanning and concept design of projects and support Qingdao Decai in the detailed design and on site delivery of schemes.
Qingdoa is located in North East China and was recently the centre for Sailing for the Bejing Olymics. The City Government has ambitious plans to develop as a major centre of high end leisure and tourism.
