Sprunt are selected as one of five architects to assist Guinness Partnership to deliver their ambitious housing programme

Sprunt have been selected as one of five Architects and Lead Designers
for the Guinness Partnership Architects framework agreement for London
and the South East.
Over the next four years, Sprunt will be collaborate with the Guinness
Partnership to deliver an ambitious, high quality housing programme.
The framework will produce over 800 units each year, with a
construction value of £56m.
The Guinness Partnership (GP) one of the largest RSL's in the country,
consists of the Guinness Trust, Guinness Housing Association, Wycombe
Friendship HA, Parchment, Clapton Community Housing Trust, Kennet HA,
Midsummer Housing and Guinness Developments Ltd. The Trust has been
providing good quality affordable homes for over 100 years owning and
managing over 26,000 homes in 110 English local authorities.
