Sprunt announces its foundations for success and its strong growth plan at the 2007 Company Away Day

09/10/2007

This year's employee event was a day of mystery, fun and inspiration. In preparation of Sprunt’s 20 year celebration in March 2008, the whole team embarked on a mystery tour of London, identifying schemes which were designed and managed by Sprunt from its first scheme in 1988 through to its latest exciting Barratt Homes scheme - Star Warf in Camden.

Rob Sprunt highlighted that through a succession of great people and projects, Sprunt has built a creative, sustainable and dependable business for its clients and staff to take us into the next 20 years.

Year on year Sprunt has strengthened its financial position and has continued to experience growth with a turnover of £4.8m in 2007 and a targeted turnover of £7.5m by 2012.

Robert Sprunt expressed "our aim is to improve profitability through the careful selection of projects and efficient delivery; improve cost management and in particular the management of sub-consultants costs through controlled internal systems".

Sprunt added "Our vision is to build on the foundations of Sprunt’s success by focusing on what we do best - developing strategies for urban renewal, designing exciting yet functional buildings for mixed communities and appropriate landscape settings, and, importantly, seeing them through construction to completion."

The Company is now looking forward to the next 20 years by continuously raising the quality of our solutions, improving our profitability and developing our staff.
