Ken Hughes is a Director at Sprunt and has more than 30 years' practical experience in architecture, building surveying and project management. He joined the company in 1979, becoming a salaried partner in 1986.
Ken leads Sprunt's Residential Team that develops and delivers innovative schemes for a range of public and private sector clients. Ken has a particular expertise in developing the client's brief, getting projects off the ground and identifying the potential of a development site for developers and funders.
