Steve McGivney is the Managing Director and has been a senior Director with Sprunt since its inception in 1988. His experience is in working with both the Public and Commercial Sectors to develop innovative accommodation strategies for their portfolios.
Steve has a particular track record in the Education sector and in business process engineering. He has developed accommodation strategies for large scale projects such as Harrow College, state and independent schools and health facilities and has taken on the role of educationalist. Specialising in the effective integration of pedagogy arrangements and ICT, as well as the efficient use of space to maximise a building's flexibility he helps deliver buildings that accommodate innovative teaching solutions.
Working with Local Authorities and other major developers Steve has led major reviews of their development business processes and created a number of web based business management systems.
Steve has responsibility for the commercial management of Sprunt and represents the company on the boards of all the Sprunt associated companies including Sprunt Media, Sprunt Solutions and Quadpro Sprunt.
